    A crucial aspect of the therapeutic journey is finding a therapist who creates a supportive and non-judgmental environment. My aim is to provide a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism or labels.

     

    In our work together, I will actively support and challenge you in ways that foster personal growth, empowering you to make positive changes.

     

    Much of our focus will be on helping you become more mindful of the thoughts, behaviours, and patterns that may be contributing to your distress.
