A collaborative approach
My therapeutic practice is guided by the principles of mindfulness, including awareness, curiosity, acceptance, and compassion.
I bring a diverse background of training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and hypnosis.
This eclectic training allows me to customize my approach to align with each client’s specific needs and circumstances.
